Astrological Prediction: ICC T20 WorldCup 2022

“I tried to play it down as much as I could because I thought at some point in the tournament, I’m going to lose a toss and we’ll have to bat first. But it did play a big part. You saw at the end there, the dew factor, the slow balls weren’t holding in the wicket as much. I don’t know how I did it (win the tosses). Maybe it was just fate.” Aaron Finch after Australia won their maiden T20 WC.

It was indeed fate for Aaron to win a lot of tosses as he was destined to win the T20 world cup in Dubai. But we need to understand why it happened before we predict the 2022 T20 WC winner.

In a team sport, captain holds the key. If the captain is weak astrologically, that team would not go on to win the world cup. Let me compare world cup winners across sports and give you an idea.

1981 is a magical year. Uranus was deeply exalted in scorpio sign. This is a rare phenomenon. Some of the greats were born. MS Dhoni went on to win the world cup for India after 28 years. Another Legend was Roger Federer. he went on to clinch 20 grand slams. Serena Williams is another 1981 born legend, notched up 23 grand slams. Iker Casillas (1981) won the 2010 FIFA world cup for Spain. This clearly shows it’s not a coincidence.

Next magical year is 1986/87. Uranus was in deep exaltation during 1986/87 in scorpio sign. There was a huge event that happened in 1986 which the entire world witnessed in despair, The Chernobyl nuclear power plant disaster. It was caused due to Uranus entering deep exaltation in scorpio. But with this disaster, legends were also born. Eoin Morgan, Aaron Finch, David Warner, Rohit Sharma, Kieron Pollard, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Ravichandran Ashwin, Lionel Messi, Andy Murray, Hugo LLoris and many more were all born in the year 1986/87.

Eoin Morgan went on to win the ICC 2019 cricket world cup. Hugo LLoris, the France captain created history after winning the 2018 football world cup. So it didn’t come as a surprise to me when Eoin Morgan won the 2019 ICC cricket world cup by the barest of margins.

Next excellent year would be 1990, 1992-94. Heather Knight was born in 1990 and created history after winning the women’s ICC cricket world cup in 2017.  Meg Lanning has won multiple ICC Tournaments as captain. That is astounding number of titles for the Australian women’s captain.

Last few men’s ICC T20 CWC’s were won by captain’s born in 1974, 1983, 1986. Let’s see who has the best chances in this year’s T20 WC in Australia as we dive deep into the individual teams and their realistic chances of holding the trophy aloft at MCG.

1. India (Rohit Sharma, 1987)

Rohit Sharma would have been the most successful captain for India if he was chosen a bit earlier. He has managed to win 5 IPL titles which is incredible to say the least. He has an incredible horoscope to win an ICC tournament for India. Along with Rohit, all the other members of the team look excellent astrologically. Rahul Dravid (1972) as coach also increases India’s chances to win the title. Expect KL Rahul (1992) to be the India’s best player of the tournament if India indeed wins the title. Rohit Sharma not winning the Asia cup is a even bigger indication that he would go on to win this ICC tournament.

2. Australia (Aaron Finch, 1986)

The defending world champions Australia can win back-to-back T20 titles and defend their T20 title in their own backyard. Don’t be surprised if this team puts on a show once again which is entertaining for the fans. Aaron finch recently has retired from ODI which means he will not have a chance to win any tournaments further as captain for Australia. Hence the chances of Aaron Finch winning this T20 WC is even higher. The 1986 duo Aaron Finch and David Warner have done incredible things for Australia over the years. We can expect one last blockbuster performance from these two legends before they retire from this beautiful game. The squad is balanced astrologically as well.  Australian coach Andrew McDonald (1981) also has an incredible chart which multiplies the chances of Australia attaining glory again.

3. England (Jos Buttler, 1990)

Eoin Morgan has announced retirement from international cricket. It’s an excellent news for English fans. Eoin Morgan would have lost the 2022 ICC T20 WC, if he was the captain. Jos Buttler will have a great chance to win the world cup. He has the best chart amongst the 1990 born captains. If Rohit and Aaron cant win the T20 WC in Australia, then the next best captain to win the T20 WC would be Jos Buttler.

Let’s now discuss about the big teams which don’t have a chance to win and the reasons behind it.

Pakistan (Babar Azam, 1994)

Younger right now. He can win ICC tournaments in future

South Africa (Temba Bavuma, 1990)

Temba has a good horoscope. But coach is weaker. Hence doesn’t have a chance currently.

West Indies (Nicholas Pooran, 1995)

Pooran is young currently. He can do well as captain in future,

New Zealand (Kane Williamson, 1990):

He has already won the inaugural ICC World Test Championship earlier. Hence won’t be able to win this tournament.

Sri Lanka (Dasun Shanaka, 1991)

Shanaka has already won the Asia Cup which means he can’t win bigger tournaments like world cups.

I would have predicted only one team if the birth timings of all the captains were present. Nonetheless I have picked 3 teams who can create history.  I’m more concerned about year of captains winning the title. If any 1986/87, 1990’s born captain wins the title, the technique used to predict is successful.
